SpringSource Proof of Concept (PoC) consulting engagement is primarily designed for the organisations looking at taking the advantage of powerful new (SpringSource) technologies, and wish to minimize the risk of adoption as well as validate the potential for achieving the desired business objectives. SpringSource offers extensive experience successfully helping customers on simple to most complex PoC exercises, coming directly from the creators of the Spring, Apache and Groovy/Grails technologies and portfolio of products. With deep understanding of the technology, as well as its implementation processes, SpringSource consultants can provide customers with a good foundation to start the production project.

Approach

SpringSource PoC consulting engagement follows a mini-project life cycle: Requirements Analysis, PoC Design, development/configuration and/or implementation, Unit and System testing and PoC results Analysis and Validation.  At the end of the exercise, SpringSource consultants will provide a detailed PoC summary report, highlighting next steps action items.
